Jhakira Leonard

Founder, Executive Director & 3rd–12th Grade Teacher

Jhakira Leonard founded Achieve Now Educational Services Inc. with a vision of creating a learning environment where every child is known, encouraged, and empowered to succeed.

With a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, graduate study at the University of Florida College of Medicine, and experience in education, crisis intervention, behavioral support, and youth development, she brings a whole-child approach to teaching.

As Executive Director and the 3rd–12th Grade teacher, she is committed to providing personalized, faith-based instruction that supports students academically, socially, and emotionally.

Sharaliz Pinet serves as our Pre-K through 2nd Grade teacher and creates a nurturing, engaging classroom where young learners feel safe, valued, and excited to participate.

With a background working with children, Sharaliz understands the importance of patience, encouragement, consistency, and meeting each child at their individual level. She helps students strengthen foundational academic skills while also building confidence, curiosity, independence, and a genuine love for learning.

Her warm approach and commitment to early childhood development help families feel confident that their children are receiving attentive, compassionate support during these important beginning years.

How do I begin the enrollment process?

Complete the online enrollment interest form. Our team will review your information and contact you about program availability, placement, required paperwork, and next steps.

Can I tour the learning environment before enrolling?

Yes. Tours are available Monday through Wednesday between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM and can be booked through our online Google Calendar schedule.

What makes the Learning Pod different?

Our Learning Pod provides a small-group environment with personalized support, family partnership, enrichment opportunities, and a faith-based approach to whole-child development.

Do you offer services outside the Learning Pod?

Yes. Achieve Now also offers tutoring, after-school enrichment, dance and flag programming, Friday Craft Club, family support, Adult Pathways, and Crisis Readiness services.

How will families access attendance and tutoring information?

We are developing an Achieve Now portal where enrolled families will eventually be able to view attendance, upcoming sessions, tutoring hours, announcements, documents, and other student information.
